After last night’s unchanged Fed and hawkish post meeting comments, the USD has held and extended stronger today in Asia. Best USD gains are being seen against the Euro, which has hit its lowest levels for the year, while the Aussie has also hit fresh year lows.
Other than this and with no major fresh data or events in Asia today the market was relatively quiet.
